Daria Antonioli received her degree in Computer Science from the Pisa University in 1986. After an experience in Italtel, she joined Agusta (now Leonardo Helicopter Division) in 1989, where she held increasing roles in the domain of SW Quality and Engineering for Avionics. She was the leader of the SW Engineering Industrial Group for the NH90 Helicopter, leading the SW qualification team. In her experience in Agusta, she faced the SW qualification aspects of EH101 (both civil and military), NH90 and AW139.
In 2003 she joined Aermacchi (now part of Leonardo Aircraft Division) where, in particular, she managed the SW certification task for the M-346 Trainer Aircraft. Her interest in processes and methodologies in the domain of Avionics SW and AEH is going in parallel with her career in Leonardo Aircraft Division where she currently holds the responsibility for the SW/AEH aspects of Quality, Configuration, Certification and recently Cybersecurity for all the Leonardo Aircraft Division products. In 2018 she lead with success the process to achieve the CMMI ML3 for the Training Software Organization of Leonardo Aircraft Division.
