Christos K. Papadopoulos is the Head of Information and Telecommunications Technology Department in the Port of Thessaloniki, Greece. He holds a Computer’s Engineering degree (1993), a DEA (1995) and a PhD (1999). He has been an author and a reviewer of many articles in scientific journals, in his area of interest, system’s reliability and has participated in many seminars, workshops and conferences, in several of which as a speaker. He works in the port of Thessaloniki since 2002 and he is currently supervising demanding ICT projects. During the last 20 years he has participated in many European projects. He is a Computer and Innovation enthusiast. He is the security officer in the Port of Thessaloniki, an ISO 27001 IRCA Lead Auditor, and member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
