Chief Revenue Officer, Trellix
Adam’s core focus is on helping create customer value at scale and in doing so, build trusted partnerships with clients and channel partners. With over a decade in the cybersecurity industry, this is centered around addressing the increasing complexity both in technology infrastructure and the cyber defenses that support it, accelerating digital transformation, and managing the cyber risks to which organizations and their data are exposed in the dynamic threat landscape. From a career spanning Australia, Singapore, APJ and EMEA, he joined McAfee in 2017 to help them apply their unique integrated architecture in this pursuit across the EMEA region. More recently his geographic experience has extended globally as President of Global Sales for McAfee Enterprise and in his new role as Chief Revenue Officer at Trellix. In his role as CRO, Adam is building an incredible company with formidable origins in two industry luminaries – McAfee and FireEye - to not only challenge the status quo but to solve problems better than the industry is currently doing so, through XDR. With the continued evolution in organisations’ digital strategies, particularly with regards to indicators of value and a modernising cloud focus on one side, and people-centric workforce and device patterns on the other, Adam’s focus is heavily weighted towards helping clients leverage these digital opportunities at pace by managing the associated risks. Believing in the power of the customer voice throughout the innovation cycle, Adam is driving internal partnerships alongside sales with engineering, customer success and marketing to help clients truly thrive in the digital domain. As a business leader, Adam’s philosophy contains the nature of balance and structure. At the core of this is serving the client by creating value to them. To do so he believes in balance across Performance leadership and discipline, and Cultural leadership for coaching high-performing, empowered and energetic teams. He has applied this to organizational transformation both in the public domain and under private equity ownership. As a thought leader within the security community, Adam is active in promoting Security information sharing through social media, press, blogs and events.
