Stefano Serva is the Space Programme Accreditation and Security Engineering Manager at the European Space Agency. His main duties, within the ESA Security Office, deal with the security of the Space Programmes of the Agency, monitoring they implement an adequate security risk assessment process to keep security risks under control and proper security measures to achieve the needed security assurance level. He has experience in the Defence sector, where he worked for more than 10 years in the space field - being technical responsible for the COSMO-SkyMed Second Generation system - and in the Galileo Competent PRS Authority, where he was Deputy of the Italian Head.
