Stefano Mele is a Partner in the international law firm Gianni & Origoni, where he is Head of the Cybersecurity Law Department and co-Head of the Data Protection Department. He works at national and international level on the political, strategic and legal aspects of the impact of technologies on the lives of citizens, businesses and national security. He is also the President of the ICT Authority of the Republic of San Marino. Among the many positions he holds, he is also President of the Cyber Security Commission of the Italian Atlantic Committee and President of the "Working Group on Cybersecurity" of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy (AMCHAM). In 2020, he was invited to participate in the prestigious International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of State.
