Head of Process Automation Business Unit, Siemens, Italy
Stefania is Head of Process Automation Business Unit of the division Digital Industries for Siemens Italy and Greece. The Business Unit has the ambition to address the challenges of sustainability, digital transformation and to play a key role in the OT/IT integration and Cyber security, with focus on process industries. After an experience of two years in SCM Group S.p.A, a company focused on the design and production of innovative components and solutions for machine tools, she joined Siemens in 2000, assuming roles of increasing responsibility in the industry sector, as Sales, Business Manager and Corporate Account Manager, with global responsibility across multiple business lines. She has gained great experience in the development of market strategies oriented to the automation and digital transformation and strong leadership in large-scale automation projects, leading international teams. She holds a master’s degree in management engineering with a specialization in industrial operations.
