Vice President - Head of Cybersecurity, NTT DATA Italia
Dolman Aradori has over 20 years of experience in the Cybersecurity sector. Since 2014, he has been Head of Cybersecurity at NTT DATA Italy, where he leads the enhancement of the service portfolio, people management, and business development. In this role, he also drives strategic initiatives in pre-sales, training, recruitment, and external partnerships. Since 2018, he has been part of NTT DATA’s Global Cybersecurity Team, contributing to the design and evolution of the company’s worldwide cybersecurity portfolio and leading several flagship initiatives within this program. Dolman began his career at NTT DATA Italy in 2003, gaining extensive expertise across commercial and delivery functions. He has delivered major projects in multiple industries—particularly in the TELCO sector—developing deep knowledge in the protection of Critical Infrastructure. His experience ranges from supporting CISOs in shaping corporate cybersecurity strategies to establishing Security Operations Centers and implementing innovative security solutions. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Network and Security Expert at ICT Consulting, designing IT and network solutions aligned with clients’ business strategies. He holds a degree with honors in Electronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Brescia, where he was born and continues to live.
