Marco Emanuele is a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Global Studies of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean. His research focuses on AI and emerging technologies, with particular attention to aspects of governance, security, surveillance and the impact on democratic resilience and the integrity of information systems. Mr. Emanuele is a representative of the Italian network of complex thought. He is an essayist and has taught, at university level, the evolution of democracy (particularly in the age of AI and emerging technologies) and totalitarianism.
