Stefano Mele is a Partner in the international law firm Gianni & Origoni, where he is Head of the Cybersecurity & Space Economy Law Departments and co-head of the Data Protection Department. He works at national and international levels on the political, strategic, and legal aspects of the impact of technologies on the lives of citizens, businesses, and national security.
Mele is also the president of the ICT Authority of the Republic of San Marino, as well as of the Cyber Security Commission of the Italian Atlantic Committee, and the "Working Group on Cybersecurity" of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy (AMCHAM). In 2020, he was invited to participate in the prestigious International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of State.
