CEO, Accenture, Italy
Teodoro Lio became CEO of Accenture Italy on September 1, 2024, and serves on Accenture’s Global Executive Leadership Team as Market Unit Lead for the ICEG region, covering Italy, Central Europe, and Greece. Since joining Accenture in 2001, Lio has focused on value creation through technology and digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship.
Before becoming CEO, he led Accenture's Products division, managing sectors like consumer goods, retail, infrastructure, transportation, and automotive. He also served as Europe Lead for Automotive & Mobility since 2018. Lio has led complex transformation programs in connected products and digital customer interactions, working closely with global technology partners.
Lio's international experience includes assignments in China, ASEAN, Europe, the USA, and Brazil. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Turin and is committed to diversity, inclusion, and gender equality at Accenture. He lives in Turin with his wife and two children.
