President, Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean
Hon. Giulio Centemero is the current President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM), for the biennium 2025–2026. He holds an Executive Master’s in Management of Public Administration from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan (Italy), and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University in Brussels (Belgium). He is qualified to practice as a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor (Dottore Commercialista e Revisore Legale dei Conti) in Italy. Hon. Centemero is currently serving his second term as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies in the Italian Parliament (since March 2018). He is a member of the Finance Committee, where he serves as Head of Delegation for his parliamentary group. Since October 2024, he has been Lecturer of the Policy and Innovation Initiative at the European School of Economics in Rome (Italy). He has served for over a decade as a member of the Boards of Directors and Boards of Auditors of several companies, spanning diverse sectors such as fintech, utilities, healthcare, and investment.
