Paolo Venturoni serves as Chief Executive Officer of the European Organization for Security (EOS), a Brussels-based association championing Europe’s security industry and research community.
With a career spanning IT, corporate development, and international affairs, Venturoni has held strategic roles at Leonardo and Telecom Italia, driving initiatives across Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
Since 2002, Venturoni has been based in Brussels, where he led Leonardo’s EU and NATO affairs as Director of its Brussels office before taking the helm at EOS in 2017. Venturoni holds an MBA from Columbia University and a degree in physics from the University of Rome.
