Nicola Sotira is Head of CERT at Poste Italiane. He is involved in IT and network security and brings over two decades of experience in international environments.
Sotira’s work has included the design of cryptographic systems and network security solutions for complex infrastructures, including mobile networks. He has also collaborated with several IT industry publications as a journalist, contributing to the dissemination of technical and legal perspectives on cybersecurity.
Since 2005, Sotira has served as a lecturer in security at Sapienza University of Rome and LUISS, where he teaches in master’s programs in network security. Since 2024, he has been a member of the board of ASSOCISO, an organization he helped found.
