Matteo Cavallini's entire career has been in the security sector. Just after graduation, he started as a junior consultant in a small firm devoted solely to information security. After that, he was in charge of many positions in the security spectrum, mostly for government agencies. Now he is the director of the Consip “Security and Services” division and as CSO he has to face daily security challenges to free the potential of the new IT tools. He also has solid experience in IT management, as he was appointed head of Consip's internal IT systems in 2012.
